Platform overview
One platform, eight products, a single record of the work.
Versidon works inside the research, credit, compliance and deal files your team already keeps. Six workspaces cover the work itself; Studio and Control govern how it is built and what it is allowed to do. Adopt one workspace or all six — they share the same knowledge, the same permissions and the same audit trail.
What the platform rests on
Three commitments, applied the same way in every product.
- 01
Every number carries its source.
Click any figure in a brief, a memo or a case narrative and Versidon shows you the passage it came from — the filing, the page, the line. Analysis you cannot trace is analysis you cannot sign.
- 02
You always know who wrote what.
The agent drafts into the same file your team works in, and every block it writes is marked, attributed and reversible until a person accepts it. The audit log records the actor, the entity and the timestamp for both.
- 03
Nothing irreversible happens on its own.
Releasing a payment, filing a report, approving a facility — Versidon prepares the pack and names the residual risk, then stops. The decision stays with the person who holds the entitlement for it.
Workspaces
Where the work happens.
Each workspace is built around a finance team’s own file and its own output — a brief, a memo, a case narrative, a meeting pack, a diligence tracker, a release pack. The agent drafts; a person accepts.
Research
Company briefs built from filings, transcripts and your own notes, with every takeaway cited to a page.
Underwriting and monitoringCredit
Spreading, covenant testing and a drafted credit memo that names its exceptions in the first paragraph.
KYC, AML and sanctionsCompliance
Alert triage, adverse media and a case narrative drafted for the MLRO — never filed without one.
Coverage and relationshipClients
Meeting packs, open-request tracking and cross-sell candidates drawn from the relationship record.
Diligence and executionDeals
Workstream trackers, request logs and comps that reconcile to the model beside them.
Exceptions and service levelsOperations
Exception queues with live SLAs, and release packs that stop at the authoriser rather than past them.
Platform modules
How agents are built, and what they are allowed to do.
Studio and Control are not add-ons. Nothing reaches a workspace without passing through both.
How the layers relate
Four layers, one spine.
- The work
- Research, Credit, Compliance, Clients, Deals and Operations are workspaces, not chat windows. The agent drafts into the file your team already keeps, and the evidence stays attached to the work.
- The evidence
- Filings, transcripts, agreements, certified financials and your own notes are the sources every output cites. Entitlements are inherited from your systems and applied at query time.
- The build
- Studio composes agents against your policy sets and knowledge, sets the human-review gates, and gates publish on an evaluation result rather than a sign-off email.
- The record
- Control holds the model and agent registries, the entitlements and segregation-of-duties model, and one immutable log covering every human and agent action.
